Design and custom manufacturing

SBD World Packaging is dedicated to the design and manufacturing of double wall cases and technical parts by blow moulding, for all types of articles and tools that require a practical and customized packaging, achieving the best relation between utility, quality and price.
With experience since 1978, we offer adaptability to the preferences of our customers, availability to meet their needs, and flexibility regarding production and delivery quantities.
The use of modular moulds allows us to provide a case model with different sizes, and follow a same corporate presentation line for various products.
Our main target is the satisfaction of our customers.

DOUBLE WALL CASES AND THEIR ADVANTAGES

At SBD WORLD PACKAGING we manufacture our products by the blow-moulding technique, which provides us with a series of advantages over other manufacturing methods:

Between the two walls of each part of the case (Lid and Base), an interior air chamber is created that provides an excellent protection to the product contained against bumps and drops.

By means of inside moulds we can create the shapes of the product to be contained in the interior walls of the case, ensuring its perfect lay out and in place holding.

For manufacturing we use high density polyethylene (HDPE), a 100% recyclable material that is characterized by its lightness, rigidity and strength..
